Hello Everyone,

Last Friday, Peter Leiss, our Parks Supervisor, received a complaint from someone who had visited the park. I want to remind everyone that the park is for everyone, and that as dog owners, we need to comply with the posted leash-off times and area. I'm including a copy of the comments Peter received. In the event that you haven't heard, there have been some dog poisonings at High Park. It is believed that someone put antifreeze in the dog water buckets on Dog Hill. The poisonings took place between Saturday morning and Sunday evening. It seems that six dogs have been poisoned, and either one or two are in very critical condition and are not expected to survive.
